As many of you already know, on January 15, your Union officially began negotiations with SWA. We look forward to continuing to ensure that the interests of the membership are represented and a fair and equitable contract is achieved.
We also commit to forwarding as much information as is possible to the membership during this process.
Now while typical contract negotiations within our industry average 18 months, we are striving to get it done as quickly as possible. Rest assured however, that we are prepared to take as long as is necessary to achieve the contract we all know we deserve.
